Join Hannah on the mat for this 30 minute total body strength workout, where no muscle is left unworked. Using only dumbbells - working with 6 exercises, on a 45:15 timer, working through the circuit 3x rounds with a minute rest between rounds. This class includes a warm up and cool down stretch. You'll work on squats, presses, deadlifts, rows, bicep curls and some floor work to hit that total body in just 30 minutes.  This class is suitable for all levels. Beginners I recommend starting with a lighter weight or using just your bodyweight. It is a great class to keep coming back to, so you can familiarise yourself with the exercises and begin to up the weight as your strength increases.  Equipment - I am using a set of 3kg Dumbbells. I recommend also having a mat or towel as there is some floor work involved.
